Meizu is having an event on Valentine’s Day, expected to launch Note 9

Meizu, A Chinese giant who is known for unveiling world’s first holeless smartphone is holding a special event on this February 14 in China. The firm sent out invites for media and fans for its upcoming event by releasing poster that show offs profile of the phone along with the number “3”.

The launch poster doesn’t mention the name of the smartphone, but the umber 3 which countdowns the day for its launch event. It is widely expected that the company could launch its upcoming smartphone Meizu Note 9 which has been under the rumour mill for quite some time. The new smartphone is the successor of Meizu  Note 8 that was launched last year.

Just a day before, Meizu shared an image on its Weibo account That shows the Meizu 16th mobile phone against a background of words related to music awards. There are speculations both are connected and tease the arrival of Meizu’s AI voice assistant and or its own smart speaker. As this launch poster is also having some music notes seems to be the lyrics of some Chinese song.so we look what Meizu will unveil on this event.

Recently, Meizu Note 9 spotted on the Chinese certification website. According to TENNA listings, the Meizu Note 9 features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ with 2244×1080 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 675 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage.

The listings also mention a 3,900mAh battery, which is close to the 4,000mAh powerpack that earlier speculations have tipped the Note 9 to come with. The device will run on an Android 9.0 Pie operating system out-of-the-box. With this hardware internals, we can confirm that the upcoming Note 9 will be the upper midrange smartphone.

There are reports on its camera department, The device will have a dual camera setup of 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, the phone has a 20-megapixel camera. It is expected to arrive with a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
