Meizu Note 9 Images Spotted on TENAA Ahead of Launch

It is now time for some Meizu Note 9 renders as listed by TENAA, the Chinese regulatory website. It shows the upcoming smartphone all important angles including front, back sides. The Meizu Note 9 is a successor of Meizu Note 8 that launched in last year. Earlier this month, the same smartphone was spotted on TENAA revealing the specs. Now once again the smartphone appeared on TENAA along with some images.

The front panel suggests that it is the latest phone to feature a waterdrop notched display. On the back panel, you can see the dual camera setup which is aligned vertically. There is a fingerprint scanner along with Meizu branding on the back panel. Previous reports claimed that the device will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. But the image shows the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The smartphone has a Silver Ochre colored rear in the leaked image. However, the smartphone is expected to arrive in multiple color choices such as Dark Ochre and Starry Blue in China.

Meizu Note 9 Rumored Specifications, Features

According to rumors, the new Meizu Note 9 may run on the Snapdragon 675. The device will have a 6.2-inch IPS LCD display with 1080×2244 pixels resolution. The handset is running on Android 9 Pie OS. The backside of the phone features dual camera setup which 48-megapixel the main sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary lens. The waterdrop notch of the smartphone is the home for 20-megapixel front camera. coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The device is likely to come with a massive 4000mAh battery.

As of this writing, there is no information available on the pricing of the Meizu Note 9. The device is expected to enter the Chinese market with a starting price of RMB 999, which approximately Rs 10,500.
