Xiaomi is expected to launch another flagship smartphone very soon. According to the latest report, the Chinese company is likely to launch Mi 10 Ultra on August 11 in its 10th-anniversary launch event. Earlier, the upcoming Mi 10 series phone was rumored to called Mi 10 Pro Plus, but the co-founder of the brand Lei Jun has confirmed that this phone will be called the Mi 10 Ultra in the global market.
The Mi 10 Ultra cases have also been spotted on images that have been leaked online. The case image also shows that Mi 10 Ultra may come in a transparent back cover option.
Lei Ju confirmed that the global name of the upcoming Mi 10 series phone will be called as Mi 10 Ultra and China variant will be named Mi 10 Supreme Commemorative Edition to commemorate that 10 years of Xiaomi business. Further, he even shared the China retail box image for the phone that has the Xiaomi 10th anniversary logo on top of it.
In a separate post, Mi 10 Ultra images have been leaked on Weibo. From these images, one can spot the phone in ceramic and transparent back panel finishes. According to the leak, Mi 10 Ultra ceramic colour option will be launched in 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option. The transparent back finish reportedly comes in 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option and 16GB RAM + 256GB storage option.
Meanwhile, a leakster who goes with the username Bhuvnesh Bagri has leaked official cases of the Mi 10 Ultra which shows the phone’s elongated capsule-shaped rear camera module placed on the top left portion of the back panel. The flip cover upfront has a small notification panel that displays the time and date.
He even shared the alleged posters of the Mi 10 Ultra that give us a glimpse of the phone’s transparent finish and a white finish that maybe the ceramic model. Speaking of the design, one can see the quad-rear cameras placed one below the other. There is a main periscope sensor up top that is listed to offer 120x zoom. To talk about the specs, an earlier report hinted that the phone will be fueled by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC and is tipped to come with a high refresh rate.
