In November last year, Micromax launched the In Note 1 and In 1B. There have been three Micromax phones launched since then, and another is soon on its way. Geekbench has spotted a new smartphone purportedly called Micromax In 2C.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Micromax In 2C is powered by the Unisoc T-610 chipset which has two Cortex-A75 CPU cores clocked at 1.8GHz, six Cortex-A55 CPU cores clocked at 1.8GHz, and Mali-G52 GPU.
Running Android 11 OS, the phone packs 4GB RAM. The Micromax IN 2C managed to score 347 points in the single-core test and 1,127 points in the multi-core in Geekbench 5.4.1.
The phone, as the name implies, could replace the Micromax In 1B or In 1. So far, Micromax hasn’t officially announced or teased the In 2C, but the fact that it has appeared on Geekbench indicates we will soon know more.
Previously, the company launched the Micromax In 1 that features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, 91.4% screen to body ratio, and 450nits maximum brightness. The phone has a fingerprint scanner mounted on the back.
In addition to the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, the phone is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Micromax In 1 features a triple-camera setup consisting of a 48-megapixel primary camera, 2-megapixel depth camera, and 2-megapixel macro camera. There is an 8-megapixel camera on the front of the phone.
