Motorola unveiled the Moto Edge S Pro in China, powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset. A Moto Edge S Pro appears to be a rebranded version of Motorola Edge 20 Pro introduced globally last month. Motorola also released the Motorola Edge Lite, also known as the Motorola Edge Lite Luxury Version. Unfortunately, there is no word on these smartphones’ international availability.
Moto Edge S Pro and Moto Edge Lite Luxury Version Price, Availability
In China, Motorola Edge S Pro will come in four variants. It costs CNY 2399 (roughly Rs 27,500) for a 6GB RAM + 128GB configuration, as well as CNY 2699 (roughly Rs 30,900) for an 8GB RAM + 128GB configuration. For the 8GB RAM + 256GB model, the price will be CNY 2999 (approximately Rs 34,400) and for the 12GB RAM + 256GB, it will be CNY 3299 (approximately Rs 37,800).
Motorola Edge Lite’s 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at 2599 Yuan (approximately Rs 29,800). For the 8GB + 256GB variant, it costs CNY 2,899 (roughly Rs 33,300).

Motorola Edge S Pro comes with a 6.7-inch, 10-bit OLED display that offers DCI-P3 colour gamut, HDR10+, 144Hz refresh rate support, a 576Hz touch sampling rate, and SGS eye protection certification.
The Edge S Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 870 SoC. The Edge S Pro comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The camera setup on the back includes a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel periscope camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. It features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. A rear camera can record videos at up to 8K resolution at 24 fps. Edge S Pro comes with a 4520mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging. Android 11 runs on top of My UX.
It is one of Motorola’s thinnest flagship phones, measuring just 7.9mm. Weight-wise, it is pretty lightweight, weighing just 189 grams. A handful of connectivity options are available, including 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, GLONASS, A-GPS, Type-C charging port.

The Motorola Edge Lite is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The graphics are handled by the Adreno 642L GPU. There are three cameras on the back: a 108-megapixel sensor with f/1.9 aperture, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with OIS, and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. Additionally, the phone has a 32-megapixel front camera with an f/2.25 aperture.
The battery capacity on the device is 4,020mAh, with fast charging support of 33W. It features 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port for charging.
