The much-awaited Nokia 5310 feature phone will be launched in India on June 16. The official Twitter handle of Nokia teased the launch of the Nokia 5310 feature phone in India on June 16.

Nokia 5310 According to the tweet, the phone will be unveiled in ‘five days’ which hints at the launch date June 16. Ahead of the launch, the brand has also started registering interest for the Nokia 5310 feature phone on the company’s official website.

HMD Global had launched the Nokia 5310 feature phone in March this year for 39 Euros (approx. Rs 3,120). Thus, it is expected to launch in India with a price tag under Rs 3,000. Nokia 5310 is a refreshed version of the classic Nokia 5130 Xpress Music launched back in 2007.

In terms of specifications, the handset sports a 2.4-inch QVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It runs on Nokia Series 30+ software. Powered by the MediaTek MT6260A processor, the device features 8MB of RAM and 16MB of internal storage that can be expanded to up to 32GB through a microSD card.

In the camera department, the phone packs a VGA rear camera with LED flash along. Backed by a 1200mAh removable battery, it claims to offer up to 7.5 hours talk time (Single SIM & Dual SIM) and standby time up to 22 days (Dual SIM), up to 30 days (Single SIM).

The feature phone has dual front-facing speakers and you get play controls on the right side of the phone. Other features of the phone are 3.5mm audio jack, wireless FM Radio, 2.5G connectivity, and Bluetooth 3.9. It measures 123.7 x 52.4 x 13.1 mm and weighs 88.2 grams.
