Recently, a hands-on of the upcoming Nokia 9 leaked on Weibo. Not long after the presence of the hands-on picture, popular design and tipster Benjamin Geskin shared new renders of the leaked Nokia 9 to reveal its front and rear design.

As appeared on the leaked image from Weibo, the upcoming Nokia phone likely to sport a smaller notch on top of the display. Also, the notch has space for the selfie camera and earpiece. The bezels along the edges give off an impression of being narrow however the chin is sufficiently thick to give space to the Nokia branding.

Coming to the camera on the back, the Nokia 9 appears to feature five cameras and an LED flash module. The leaked design also hints that the Nokia 9 will feature a glass back to support wireless charging.

As there is no hint of the fingerprint scanner in the leaked image, it suggests that the device seems to have on-screen fingerprint reader which in turn hints that it may arrive with an OLED screen.

According to the previous reports, the Nokia 9 could come with a 6.1-inch display with a Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. The device is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, paired with up 8GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. Just like recent Nokia phones, the Nokia 9 is also assumed to be a part of the Android One programme; so, it could come with Android 9.0 Pie.

However, there is no information on the launch date of the smartphone. We can expect the device to launch in upcoming months.
