After the launch of Nokia 9 PureView in MWC event in February, it seems HMD Global, the parent company of Nokia, is all set to launch its Nokia 9 PureView smartphone in India. HMD Global on started sending out the press invites for a Nokia event in India on June 11, and all the currently available information indicates that the company is planning to launch its Nokia 9 PureView or the Nokia 1 Plus, or both the smartphones in the country. To recall, HMD Global had unveiled the Nokia 4.2, Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia 3.2, and Nokia 210 smartphones in MWC 2019 and out of these smartphones Nokia 4.2 and Nokia 3.2 have already entered the Indian market.

As per the report, the Nokia 9 PureView price in India could be around Rs. 46,999. To recall, the Nokia 9 PureView was launched in the USA for a price tag of USD 699.

Talking about the specifications, the Nokia 9 PureView comes with a 5.99-inch display and has Gorilla Glass 5 layer on the top. The smartphone has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Speaking about the performance, the handset will be fuelled by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. Similar to almost all Nokia phones that are launched recently, the Nokia 9 PureView is an Android One smartphone and runs on Android 9 Pie.
It will be backed by 3320mAh battery with 18W fast charging and the device has IP67 certification for water and dust resistance. The connectivity options on the Nokia 9 PureView include a dual-SIM option with dual-4G and dual-VoLTE, USB 3.1 Type-C port, Bluetooth v5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, GPS, and NFC.
