In November, the popular leakster @OnLeaks shared a render of HMD Global’s upcoming Nokia 9 PureView phone. Various case images and some leaked front-panel images reveal the design of upcoming Nokia 9 PureView. The Nokia 9 PureView was earlier expected to launch in September, but the company had to postpone the release due to technical problems. Now, the smartphone is expected to unveil in the CES in January or MWC in February.

Prolific tipster @evleaks had shared a leaked image of the Nokia 9 PureView which reveals the design of the phone and also the presence of in-display fingerprint scanner.

As you can see in the image, the penta-camera setup of the smartphone is arranged in the shape of a pistol revolver. There are two additional cutouts. One for the LED flash and one for the proximity sensor. The Nokia 9 PureView is anticipated to be the first phone with a Penta camera system. The back panel is made of curved 3D glass. It is expected that the Nokia 9 PureView will come with first-class hardware and Stock Android One out-of-the-box.

According to previous reports, the Nokia 9 PureView is tipped to come with a massive 5.9-inch QHD display with 18:9 aspect ratio and narrow bezels on the top and bottom. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 under the hood, coupled with 8 gigs of RAM. The leak specs reveal that the Nokia 9 will come in only one variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone could come with a 3,800mAh battery. The device is also expected to support wireless charging.
