Nokia Android 10 Go Edition phone set to launch on December 15, confirms company

Smartphone maker Nokia has confirmed the launch date of its next smartphone with Android 10 Go Edition. The company has scheduled an online event for December 15, where it will unveil the latest Nokia Android 10 Go Edition phone. The smartphone is expected to launch under the Nokia C series.

Nokia Mobile has shared a teaser on the Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo confirming the launch date. This will be the company’s Android Go phone for the Chinese market. To recall, the brand launched Android Go Edition phones such as Nokia C1, Nokia C2, and Nokia C3 previously.

Earlier, a Nokia 4G device with model number TA-1335 was certified by TENAA which is likely to be the Android 10 Go Edition smartphone to be announced on December 15. As per the TENNA listing, the Nokia TA-1335 is said to come with a 5.45-inch display with 1440×720 pixel resolution. The device is expected to offer a quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of storage with a microSD card slot.

The smartphone is said to run the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box. It will be backed by a 2500mAh. In terms of optics, the handset will have a 5MP rear and 3MP front camera both with LED flash. It measures 149.1 x 71.2 x 8.75 mm. The listing suggested that the phone will come in Red, Navy Blue, and Champagne colors.
