Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy A42 5G smartphone very soon. Thus, the leaks are still pouring in. Now, a official Samsung’s German site has revealed the price of Galaxy A42 5G as well as the specifications of the phone.

As for specifications, Galaxy A42 5G smartphone will flaunt a 6.6-inches Super AMOLED dewdrop-notch display. The display will carry FHD+ screen resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 690 processor paired with 6GB of RAM. It will also feature 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage, with an option to expand storage up to 512GB via micro SD card.

The rear side of the phone will feature a quad camera setup with a combination of a 48 megapixels primary sensor, 8 megapixels ultra-wide sensor, 5 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 5 megapixels depth sensor. The dewdrop notch on the front will house a 20 megapixels selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture.

It will be fuelled by a whopping 5,000mAh battery with fast-charging support. The phone will ship with Android 10-based One UI 2.1. The device will support set of connectivity options such as 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and 3.5mm audio jack.

As far as the pricing is concerned, the Galaxy A42 5G is said to come with a price of 369 Euros (US$ 437 / Rs. 32,014 approx.) and it will be made available in the European market in November. The phone will be offered in Black, White and Gray colours.
