OnePlus 6T Camera Sample Teased; Hints at Enchanced Low-Light Photography

Now the company’s CEO Pete Lau has shared the first official camera sample of the upcoming OnePlus 6T and the image hints that the device will feature an enhanced low-light mode for image capturing.

Pete Lau posted a night shot of downtown Shenzhen on Weibo (courtesy MySmartPrice) with a caption that reads “Bring your own filter” and this picture also hints the ‘Night Mode’ feature for improved low light shots on upcoming OnePlus 6T.

The picture posted by the OnePlus CEO is pretty decent as it demonstrates a decent measure of detail and striking shades of the night sky. Be that as it may, it is vague if the photograph was taken using a tripod or not. Other than the picture, there is no information about the aperture, exposure, or sensor manufacturer. But the picture was uploaded in full 13-megapixel resolution. Earlier reports also suggested that OnePlus 6T will have a special night mode for better low-light photography.

As per the reports till now, OnePlus 6T is expected to sport a 6.4-inch Optic AMOLED Full HD Plus display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, dual camera setup on the rear, an in-display fingerprint sensor or and a water-drop at the top of its display. Further, the OnePlus 6T is expected to arrive with a similar configuration as the OnePlus 6. So, it is anticipated to equipped with 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, with storage options of 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. Other rumored features of OnePlus 6T include a dual-camera setup at the back with a 20-megapixel sensor, a 16-megapixel sensor, and there might be a 16 MP sensor on the front. The company also hinted that the upcoming OnePlus 6T will have a big battery than its predecessors. Interestingly, the company is opted to eliminate the headphone jack in OnePlus 6T.
