Oneplus came up with a new dressing and boosted specs to the much-hyped Oneplus 6T called McLaren Edition where the firm got tie-up with McLaren Automotive and McLaren Racing, a week ago. The firm announced its upcoming Oneplus 6T McLaren edition which would be launching on December 12 in India and company has now stated that the ‘Notify Me’ option on Amazon India. Interested buyers can register on ‘Notify Me’ to receive real-time updates on the device on Amazon.
As part of OnePlus’ Fifth Anniversary celebrations, The Oneplus, the collaboration between the two brands will unfold in India in a ‘Salute to Speed’ event on 12 December 2018 at Richardson and Cruddas Limited, Byculla, Mumbai. The company also announced the community members can also be a part of all the on-ground excitement through the purchase of invites. You can get the passes in the Oneplus website at Rs 799 starting from 10:00 am IST on Thursday, 6 December 2018.
In addition, all attending community members will receive a gift hamper full of super add-ons like official McLaren merchandise and the new OnePlus Bullets Wireless Red.
As for now, there are not many details about the McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 6T, But it is expected that the new smartphone will come a whopping 10GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is expected that this McLaren Edition will be priced at around Rs 45,999. Apart from this the smartphone likely to wear the same features as that of the regular one. Previously, there are reports on the upcoming smartphone could feature a colour scheme involving orange and blue.
The company also announced that the phone will first go on sale at the upcoming OnePlus Experience Store in Connaught Place, New Delhi. Later this, the device will also be sold at other OnePlus offline locations, on Amazon India and on oneplus.in, the company’s official online store for its products in India.
OnePlus 6T starts at Rs 37,999 for the 6GB+128GB storage variant. OnePlus 6T with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage retails at Rs 41,999. The high-end variant of OnePlus 6T with 256GB storage is priced at Rs 45,999.
