OnePlus officially confirmed that the launch date of the upcoming flagship smartphones OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro will be announced on April 23.
Founder and CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau, tweeted on his twitter handle saying that the more information about the launch event will be revealed on April 23.

On Tuesday we can expect the official launch date, launch event venue and other important information related to the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro launch.
According to many online leaks, it is expected that OnePlus will bring three flagship smartphones OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G variant. Both the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are launched together while the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G variant will be launched later this year.
Previously, The CEO also tweeted teasing the upcoming flagship smartphones. He also told that the next generation OnePlus smartphones will not only be fast but also smooth for seamless user experience. This could also suggest the 5G compatible OnePlus smartphones are coming soon.

According to a leak surfaced online about the launch event, it suggested that OnePlus 7 will be launched at global events in New York, London, and Bangalore simultaneously on May 14.
To talk about the features and specifications of the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro, both the smartphones will differ in terms of display. OnePlus 7 is expected to feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display while the OnePlus 7 Pro is to come with Quad HD+ AMOLED display. Both the smartphones could come with a triple camera set up while the OnePlus 7 Pro might get a pop-up selfie camera too.
Both the smartphones are packed with a 4000mAh, OnePlus 7 Pro will support Wrap Charge technology for fast charging. Both OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are powered with Snapdragon 855 coupled with 8GB RAM (Base Variants.) Earlier the base variant of OnePlus 6T was launched with 6GB RAM.
The price range for this upcoming flagship killers will be around Rs 48,500 – Rs 55,400. We should wait until the official announcement for the exact price and variants.
