OnePlus 8 Lite Renders Show-off Punch-hole Display, Rectangular Camera Module

As we are drawing closer to the end of 2019, details regarding the smartphones that will be launched next year are emerging online. The OnePlus 8 Lite is no exception. Eve though the Chinese brand is likely to launch the OnePlus 8 series in first half in 2020, details regarding the Lite version of the OnePlus 8 revealed online. 91mobiles collaborated with OnLeaks to report on rumors of what the Lite model in the range could look like. The report brings exclusive OnePlus 8 Lite renders and a 360-degree video. These CAD-based renders give us our first look at the design of the OnePlus 8 Lite.

As seen in the leaked image, the obvious highlight of OnePlus 8 is the rectangular-shaped dual camera module alongside LED and ToF (Time of Flight). The renders reveal curved glass rear panel in a blue gradient finish. There is no confirmation what the camera setup will comprise of. Upfront, there is a center-aligned punch-hole cutout for a single selfie camera.

Furthermore, the renders show a Type-C port on the bottom of the device and the alert slider on the side. However, there is no headphone jack on the phone. OnePlus 8 Lite will measure 159.2 x 74 x 8.6mm (approx.). While the recently launched premium models OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro came with 90Hz refresh rate, it will be interesting to see whether the OnePlus 8 Lite will offer it or not.
