Oneplus which is known to be a highest grossing premium smartphone in Indian market is now expected to launch its three new smartphones like Samsung in the coming year, where the third one is something special might have come with 5G support. Surprisingly, THis is not the one that we expect the Oneplus 7. In fact, the Chinese smartphone maker would come with a new line for its 5G-capable handset. They may consider that the regular flagship lineup series with an affordable tagline may not be economical to the new premium smartphones. Hence OnePlus may introduce an entirely new line of smartphones with 5G capabilities although with a higher price tag.
The new smartphones from the Oneplus could launch early in 2019 and may debut at the Mobile World Congress (2019) in Barcelona, Spain. According to a report, Oneplus made some talks with US mobile carriers to introduce such a device to the North American market. Currently, OnePlus has tied up with T-Mobile to offer its OnePlus 6T to customers in the USA. And coming to the price difference between the new smartphone line up the current flagship smartphone from the company, the OnePlus 6T is likely the reason that it is planning to branch 5G-capable devices under a separate branding. This will ensure that OnePlus 7 and 7T will continue to be available at a competitive price.
Coming to Oneplus 7 rumours where it is expected to come on Sometime in May and which take an upgrade over the Oneplus 6T with a handful of improvements. Meanwhile, The OnePlus 6T has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs. 37,999 for the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. OnePlus 6T sports a 6.41-inch Full HD+ Optic AMOLED display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. It includes up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the camera front, there is a dual rear shooter- 16-megapixel + 20-megapixel with f/1.7 aperture. The selfie camera is a 16-megapixel lens with f/2.0 aperture. The device is backed by a larger 3700mAh battery and runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system. OnePlus 6T comes with new Screen Unlock technology and Type-C audio connectivity.
