Back this year, Oppo launched the Oppo F7 smartphone with a new diamond cut design. It was later used on a pair of new Oppo smartphones. Now the company seems to bring yet another smartphone with the similar design. The Oppo A5 has leaked online and the A5 will be soon launching in China. The device looks similar to Oppo F3 which is launched earlier. However, the new Oppo A5 leak hints that the device has a dual rear camera setup.

Although, Vivo and other smartphone brands executing the in-screen fingerprint sensor on its new flagship smartphones, Oppo seems it is eliminating the fingerprint sensor in their most of the smartphones released recently. Instead of a fingerprint sensor, Oppo implementing the Face Unlock feature that we’ve seen in RealMe1 smartphone launched a few months ago. As per the Oppo A5 leaks, this device also missing the fingerprint sensor on the rear so that we can expect the Face Unlock feature in it.

The leak of the Oppo A5 shows the device has top notch. Under the hood, it is expected to sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. The device is coupled with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage and it might feature dedicated SD card slot. Talking about the camera, the Oppo A5 owns 13 Megapixels and 2 MP megapixels dual rear camera setup on the back and 8 Megapixels single camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Oppo has integrated AI functions in the camera also, so we can expect better-looking photos from the device. The Oppo A5 houses 4230 mAh battery which is non-removable. The device will be available for sale on 2 color options: Mirror Blue and Mirror Gold and it packs the diamond cut finish out of the box.
