Chinese smartphone-maker Oppo is ready to launch the successor of Oppo K3, this month in India. Amazon India already created a dedicated page for Oppo K3 which confirms that the smartphone will be Amazon Exclusive.
As per the new report, the new Oppo K3 smartphone will be launched by the Chinese OEM on July 19. However, Oppo hasn’t confirmed the launch date but rumors point to a launch date around July 19. To recall, the Oppo K3 was launched in China in May and it comes with Snapdragon 710, notch-less display and 16MP pop-up selfie camera.
Sadly, there is no information available regarding the Oppo K3 India price. The Oppo K3 was launched in three variants in its home country. The base variant offering 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage is priced at 1,599 Yuan (approximately Rs 15,750). The second storage variant of the Oppo K3 that packs 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage has been priced at 1,899 Yuan (approximately Rs 18,832). The top end variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costs 2,299 Yuan (approximately Rs 22,735). The storage variants and prices are expected to be similar in India as well.
OPPO K3 Specifications and Features
If we talk about specs, the Oppo K3 sports a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. In terms of hardware, it will be powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor. It will be further paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The internal storage will also be expandable with microSD.
On the camera front, the phone sport a dual rear camera setup comprising a 16MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera with a LED flash. It will have a 16MP pop-up camera with AI beauty, AI portrait modes.
The handset packs a 3,765mAh battery that carries support for 20W rapid charging through OPPO’s VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology. On the software front, the device runs Android 9 Pie OS flavored ColorOS 6.0 skin.
