Oppo Reno7 Z 5G sports a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, a peak brightness of 600 nits, a hole-punch cutout, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. It is equipped with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. Furthermore, you can expand the storage up to 1TB with a microSD card.

The Reno7 Z 5G is fitted with a triple rear camera setup. There is a 64-megapixel primary sensor, in addition to a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The front of the phone has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.4 lens.
