Poco X3 announced in India, price starts at Rs 16,999

Poco unveiled the Poco X3 smartphone in India with a minor change. The brand announced the phone in India with 6,000mAh battery and the price in India starts at Rs 16,999.

Poco X3 will go on sale via Flipkart in India on September 29. The phone will be available in two colours: Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue.

Poco X3 Specifications

Poco X3 features a 6.9-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen features a hole-punch cut out that houses a 20MP primary sensor. The handset packs a 5160mAh battery which supports 33W fast charging that can charge up to 62% in 30 minutes and up to 100% in 65 minutes. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G chipset is on board along with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.

The rear quad camera setup has a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor (f/1.89) paired with an 13MP 119° ultra-wide sensor with 1.12μm, f/2.2 aperture, 2MP depth sensor and 2-megapixel 4cm macro sensor with 1.75μm, f/2.4 aperture.

It features side-mounted fingerprint scanner that doubles up as a power button. It has an infrared sensor as well. The device is also IP53 certified for splash resistance. There is a massive 6000mAh battery under the hood with support for 33W fast charging via USB-C. The phone ships with MIUI 12 skin based on Android 10.

Xiaomi has also added LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus that includes a copper heat pipe and a graphite sheet to reduce the temperature by up to 6° C. On the connectivity front, the phone supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, IR blastet and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
