If leaks are believed the new handset will feature 5.99-inch notch display with Full-HD+ resolution and 19:9 ratio. The new Xiaomi Poco F1 takes the place of Oneplus 6 which is self titled itself as “Master of Speed” by providing current high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with liquid-cooled technology and Adreno 630.
The smartphone comes in two variants 6GB RAM+64GB storage and 6GB RAM+128GB storage. It will also have a microSD expandable memory option.
For snappers, he Pocophone F1 will boast of a dual-camera setup with a 12-megapixel and a 5-megapixel dual-pixel autofocus lens. The front selfie camera will be a 20-megapixel shooter.
The phone packs a 4000mAh battery with USB Type-C and Quick Charge 3.0. The handset includes a 3.5 mm audio jack, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0.
Software – MIUI or Stock Android?
According to the leaks renders that new Pocophone not runs on traditional Xiaomi’s own MIUI 9 but might come with the Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 9.6. Taking it as a pinch of salt let us look ahead for its official launch.

According to the company teaser, the upcoming phone is an affordable flagship which sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. The 64GB model obtained by Android Authority was briefly put on sale by a European retailer for about 430 Euros (approximately Rs 34,000), but that’s in the same country where the OnePlus 6 sells for 530 Euros (approximately Rs 42,000). The 128GB was reportedly available at 468 Euros.
But as per leaks, the Poco F1 by Xiaomi in India is expected to be priced around Rs 25,000 to Rs 27,000 for the 6GB+64GB model with colour options Blue and Graphite Black.
