Unfortunately, we don’t have many details about the Realme V25, except for the processor. As per the tipster, the handset will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G chipset, which also confirms 5G connectivity.

Realme V25 (RMX3143) could very well be a rebranded Oppo K9, however past handsets in the Realme V family all featured MediaTek chipsets. Because of this, the Realme V25 is likely to be a MediaTek device, instead of switching over to Qualcomm. In terms of the Realme V25 specifications, they are almost certainly incremental improvements over the Realme V13 5G.

Realme V25 specifications (expected)

As far as the design and specifications of the device are concerned, the recent TENAA listing of the phone suggested that the Realme V25 will have a hole-punch design on the front and a triple rear camera setup with the sensors placed in a single line inside a rectangular module.

In terms of specifications, the handset will run on Android 11 OS out of the box. On the front, it is said to pack a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels. Under the hood, it has a 2.8GHz octa-core processor coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage.

For photography, the alleged Realme V25 is likely to have a 64-megapixel primary sensor paired with an 8-megapixel and a 2-megapixel camera at the back. For selfies and video calls, the phone is tipped to feature a 32-megapixel sensor. The fingerprint sensor is said to be embedded under the screen.

Furthermore, the Realme device is also rumoured to have a 4000mAh battery. It is tipped to weigh 174 grams and measure 159.1×73.4×8.1mm. Going by the TENAA listing, the phone will come in Black and Blue colour options. From what we can tell from the specifications, the phone looks like it has a lot in common with the Oppo K9 5G.
