Realme finally unveiled Realme X along with Realme X Lite in the Chinese market. The interesting thing about Realme X is this is the first smartphone from the company to come with a pop-up selfie camera.
The phone is also given with an ‘S’ shaped gradient finish on the back and also has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Realme X Lite which is also launched along with Realme X is a re-branded version of Realme 3 Pro which was already launched in India last month.
Realme X Specifications and Features
Realme X features a 6.53-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 1080×2340 pixels resolution. The screen also has a 91.2% screen-to-body ratio, an in-display fingerprint sensor and protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
Realme X is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor and comes with RAM up to 8GB. Realme X got a 48MP primary camera with and a 5-MP secondary camera on the back. For selfies, It has a 16MP pop-up selfie camera.
Realme X is backed with a 3,765mAh battery which supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging. This smartphone runs ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie, the other specifications include USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS and 4G LTE support.
Realme X Lite Specifications
Realme X Lite is the same smartphone which was launched in India as Realme 3 Pro. Realme X Lite comes with a 6.3-inch full-HD+ IPS display with 1080×2340 pixels resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
Realme X Lite also got dual cameras 16MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera on the back. It also has a 25MP front camera for selfies. Realme X Lite got a fingerprint sensor on the back, it is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 and comes with RAM up to 6GB. Realme X Lite also comes with internal storage up to 128GB and runs ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie.
Realme X Lite is backed with a 4,045mAh battery which supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging. Other specifications of the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, and a micro-USB port.
Realme X and Realme X Lite Price
The Realme X 4GB RAM + 64GB variant comes for CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 15,400 Approx.) The 6GB RAM + 64GB will come with a price tag of CNY 1,599 (Rs. 16,400 Approx.) and lastly the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant will be priced at CNY 1,799 (Rs. 18,500 Approx.) Realme X will be available in White and Blue colours with gradient finish on the back.

The Realme X comes in three variants 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB + 128GB storage. They are priced at CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs. 12,300), CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 13,300) and CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 15,400) respectively.
Realme confirmed that Realme X and Realme X Lite are already available on pre-order in China via Realme store, JD.com, T-mall, and Suning .com. These newly launched smartphones will go on sale starting on May 20.
