Some reports revealed that Realme is partnering with Marvel’s upcoming movie Spider-Man: Far From Home earlier this week. As part of this tie-up, Realme has now officially announced the Realme X Spider-Man: Far From Home special edition smartphone in China.

This special edition smartphone comes with 8GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage and is priced at CNY 1,799 (Rs.18,000 Approx.) It will go on sale starting from  July 9 and we can also expect the India launch soon.

Madhav Sheth, CEO, Realme also announced the collaboration between Realme and Marvel, he also told that the company is planning to bring Realme X Spider-Man: Far From Home edition to India next month along with Realme X.

This smartphone won’t come in any other colour variants, but it will come with a special Spiderman-themed icon pack and wallpaper and a special case. Some leaked reports also revealed that Realme X will be launched in India in the next month the company is yet to confirm the official launch dates but most probably Realme X may be with us by the third week of July.

To talk about the specifications, Realme X features a 6.53-inch FHD+ AMOLED notch-less display with over 91 per cent screen ratio. It comes powered by a 2.2Ghz octa-core Snapdragon 710 processor and RAM up to 8GB.

It also sports a dual camera setup on the back comprising of a 48MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. For selfies, it has a 16MP pop-up camera on the front. It is backed by a 3,765mAh battery which also supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
