Oppo’s spin-off Realme has finally unveiled the Realme X2 smartphone in India. The smartphone offers impressive specifications for the price tag. The company recently unveiled the same phone in home country China. The smartphone manages to impress with its topnotch features such as VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 fast charging technology, Hi-Res and Dolby Atmos sound certification, NFC support, and a 3D Glass Body.

The Realme X2 is launched in three configurations. The base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at Rs 16,999 whereas the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model cost Rs 19,999. The top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage comes with a price tag of Rs 20,999. It will be available for buyers in Pearl Blue, Pearl Green, and Pearl White color options. The Realme X2 will be available on Flipkart and Realme India online store from December 20. It will soon be made available via offline stores. As for the launch offers, Flipkart offering flat Rs. 1,500 discount on ICICI Bank credit card, you can get MobiKwik benefits up to Rs. 1,500, no-cost EMIs up to 6 months, and Jio benefit up to Rs. 11,500.

Realme X2 Specifications

The Realme X2 features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that is integrated with a fingerprint reader. The waterdrop notch enabled display offers 19.5:9 aspect ratio, Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 91.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.

The Snapdragon 730 chipset that includes the octa-core processor powers the Realme X2 smartphone. The device comes with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The storage of the phone is further expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. The ColorOS 6.1 based Android 9 Pie OS comes preloaded on the Realme X2 phone.

The Realme X2 handset is backed by a battery of 4,000mAh battery. Realme has included support for 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology on the device.

The rear side of the Realme X2 has a quad-camera system with an LED flash. It includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.25 super-wide-angle lens. The camera setup also has a 2-megapixel macro shooter with an f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. For snapping selfies, the device is fitted with an f/2.0 aperture 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The phone offers users with photography features like 64MP mode, Super Nightscape, Panorama, HDR Super Wide-angle, and Super Macro Mode among others. The handset is also capable of recording videos of up to 4K resolution at 30fps frame rate.

The Realme X2 is a dual SIM phone that supports 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor.
