Realme X7, X7 Pro to debut on September 1: Here’s what we know so far

Realme’s X series smartphones are scheduled to launch in China on September 1. The new lineup will feature two models, Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro. Realme made an official announcement on the launch on Weibo today.

The brand is scheduled to launch the Realme X7 series on September 1st and the launch event will take place at 2 PM (local time). The company has also disclosed that the Realme X7 series smartphones will be having slim form factor and 120Hz curved AMOLED display. Both the phones in the Realme X7 series will feature fast charging technology and they will support 5G.

According to rumors, Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro will come with 65W fast charging support. Recently, a unannounced Realme phone with model number RMX2176 was approved by the TENAA authority and it is tipped to be the upcoming Realme X7 phone. The TENAA listing also revealed the images and the specifications of the phone.

Furthermore, a device with model number RMX2121 was also spotted on TENAA and it is rumoured to be the Realme X7 Pro.

Realme X7 and Realme X7 Pro specifications

Going by the TENAA listing, alleged Realme X7 will sport a 6.43-inch OLED FHD+ display. It will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor. The model will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera and on the rear side, it will pack quad-cameras including 64-megapixel, an 8-megapixel and two 2-megapixel sensors. There will be a 4,300mAh battery under the hood. The phone will measure 160.9 x 74.4 x 8.1mm and weighs 175 grams.

Realme X7 Pro (model number RMX2121) TENAA listing revealed that the device will measure 160.8 x 75.2 x 8.5mm. It will house a 6.55-inch display, and a dual-cell battery. The device might pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 SoC.
