Redmi Note 7S and Redmi Note 7 Pro Astro White Colour Variant Launched in India

Chinese brand Xiaomi has launched one more color variant for its Redmi Note 7S and Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphones in India. Called ‘Astro White’, this version joins three other color variants including Neptune Blue, Space Black and Nebula Red of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and Ruby Red, Onyx Black, and Sapphire Blue of the Redmi Note 7S.

Redmi Note 7S and Redmi Note 7 Pro Astro White color variant will be made available for pre-order in India tomorrow midnight via Xiaomi’s official online store, Mi.com and on Flipkart. Apart from its new color, the rest specifications and features are same to same as we have seen on the previously launched Redmi Note 7S and Redmi Note 7 Pro models.

Redmi Note 7S Specifications

As far as specifications are concerned, the Redmi Note 7S sports a 6.3-inch full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. In terms of memory, the Redmi Note 7S is backed up by a 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. Talking about its software front, the Redmi Note 7S runs company’s proprietary MIUI 10 custom UI skin, based on Google’s Android 9 Pie operating system. It has a 4000mAh battery that supports 18W quick charging.

In terms of optics, the Note 7S sports a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor on the rear. On the front, it has a 13-megapixel selfie shooter for selfies and video calls.

As for the specs, the Redmi Note 7 Pro sports a 6.3-inch FHD+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, thanks to the dot-notch. Powering the device is an octa-core latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to whopping 128GB of internal storage. Moving on, the given microSD card slot allows for further storage expansion.

For photography, the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a dual-camera setup at the rear. The configuration comprises a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, coupled with a secondary 5MP secondary sensor. On the front, the handset gets a single 13MP AI front camera. It has a 4,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 support via USB Type-C. On the software terms, the Redmi Note 7 Pro runs Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 layered on top.
