Xiaomi’s spin-off brand Redmi has launched a new Twilight Orange color variant of its recently unveiled mid-range smartphone, the Redmi Note 8 Pro, in China. The new variant will join the already available Electric Blue, Gamma Green, Halo White, and Shadow Black color options.

The new variant of the Redmi Note 8 Pro with Twilight Orange color scheme has a gradient finish with a carrot pink shade in the upper region that gradually fades into a light orange color towards the bottom. However, the latest color variant is available only in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage models. It is already listed on the official Xiaomi eshop in China and the price of the phone remains the same as that of other colors. The new color variant of the Redmi Note 8 Pro will go on sale starting January 9 in China.

But unfortunately, there is no concrete information regarding the Redmi Note 8 Pro’ Twilight Orange color variant’s India launch. It is expected to be launched in India, however, the specific launch timeline is yet to be officially revealed.

The specs of the smartphone will remain the same as the other variants. To recall, the Redmi Note 8 Pro comes equipped with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Inside the phone, the MediaTek Helio G90T gaming processor is paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB storage. There is also a dedicated microSD card slot for expandable storage up to 256GB.

For photography, it boasts a quad-camera setup on the rear that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor paired with an 8-megapixel ultrawide and dual 2-megapixel shooter for macro and depth sensing. Upfront, there is a 20-megapixel camera. To keep things ticking, the smartphone packs a 4500mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
