RelianceJio unveiled a new postpaid plan for its customers .The plan comes with unlimited calling and data benefits, besides international calling and international roaming facility. The new Jio postpaid service also offers “Zero Touch” feature which includes services like voice, internet, messaging , ISD calls preactivated and 25GBdata all valid for one month . The service will be available for subscription from May 15.
Consumers will be able to get unlimited plans, with an Auto-Pay feature that ensures zero-click payments. In addition, users can check e-bills in real time, with an email notification at the end of every month.
The JioPostpaid plan comes at Rs 199 which offers free voice calls, unlimited text messages, pre-activated international calling without any security deposit, and one-click international roaming activation, again without any security deposit. The pack also offers premium subscription of Jio Apps. This plan will be available across India.
Jio postpaid international calling offers
International calling on Jio postpaid will start at 50 paise per minute. International roaming will start at Rs 2 for voice, data and SMS each. These rates will be applicable for countries like UAE, US, Canada, UK, Austria, Belgium, among others. As for countries like Afghanistan, Australia, Russia, and South Korea, international roaming charges will be set at Rs 10 for voice, data and SMS each.
Unlimited international roaming packs
JioPostpaid’s international roaming services will be made available under one-click activation, without additional charges. These packs will offer unlimited data and voice benefits across circles. Among its new plans, JioPostpaid is offering a 2-2-2 plan, that offers voice calls at Rs 2/min, data at Rs 2/MB, and SMS at Rs 2. With the 10-10-10 roaming plan, JioPostpaid users will get these services at Rs 10. Users will be able to get JioPostpaid connections at home, which can be activated on the spot. Reliance has also promised an e-KYC verification process that will be completed within 5 minutes.
