Samsung is rumored to be working on its second Android Go smartphone. Rumored as Samsung Galaxy A2 Core, the smartphone was leaked online revealing some key information.

Talking about the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core Android Go smartphone, the leaked image reveals that the smartphone will come with a considerable amount of bezels on both the top and bottom of the display on the front. The back panel reveals a single camera set up along with LED flash. One can see the speaker below the camera setup. Furthermore, both the front as well as the back of the phone has Samsung branding. In terms of connectivity, the render shows the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core will have micro USB port along with a 3.5mm audio socket at the bottom.

As per the report first popping up on a blog SamMobile, Samsung’s upcoming Android Go smartphone might actually not run stock Android as one expected. Instead, the company might go with its own custom Experience UI.

According to the earlier reports, this upcoming phone is said to be running on Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition operating system out-of-the-box. Further, it is believed to sport a Samsung Exynos 7870 SoC along with 1GB RAM. It would be offering support for dual SIM, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity.

To recall, Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi also working on the Android Go smartphone under its Redmi sub-brand. As per the Samsung Galaxy A2 Core renders, Samsung might launch the device on March 22, 2019, in India.
