Although Galaxy A80 was the star of the Samsung event in Bangkok with its super exciting features like the rotating camera, AI screen display and many more, the Galaxy A70 also caught the attention because of the premium look in a mid-range budget. It is also expected that the Galaxy A70 will reach Indian markets very soon and before the A80.

As you already know that Samsung already launched the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20, Galaxy A30 and the Galaxy A50 in India, for sure the A70 will be the company’s next launch in the country. But this is not yet officially confirmed. Here’s the quick look at the Samsung Galaxy A70 from the launch event.

Galaxy A70 is somewhat similar to its predecessor Galaxy A50 in design perspective which is already in the Indian markets. Samsung is offering a tall, immersive display with a curved glasstic design for all its A-Series smartphones. The Galaxy A70 will be available in Black, Blue, Coral and White colours with a slight gradient, prism effects. You can also observe the Samsung logo and the triple camera set up on the back.

It is also featured with the infinite-U display, triple camera setup and a notch. This will be available on sale from the April 26 and the price range will be revealed some days before the sale.

The smartphone is power packed with Snapdragon 675 SoC with octa-core CPU and will be available in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants, and the 128GB internal storage is the same for both the RAM variants. The Galaxy A70 is also featured with a 6.7-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display running at 1080×2400 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio.

To talk about the cameras, it got a triple camera setup (32-MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-MP sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5-MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture) on the back and a 32-MP camera with f/2.0 aperture on the front for selfies.

Samsung Galaxy A70 features

Similar to the Galaxy S10, the A70 also featured with an in-display fingerprint scanner and face recognition technology. It runs on Android Pie OS with One UI skin on top. It is also powered with a huge 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. (This made Galaxy A70 the first A-series smartphone to come with quick charge technology.) It also supports all the major connectivity options  Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE with VoLTE, and GPS.
