Samsung Galaxy Buddy, Galaxy Wide5, Galaxy F42 5G spotted on Bluetooth SIG

The Bluetooth SIG has certified three new budget 5G smartphones from Samsung. They are identical devices with different names, according to the certification.Galaxy A22 5g

Samsung announced a 5G variant and 4G variant of the Galaxy A22 this month. Bluetooth SIG recently certified Galaxy F22 as an LTE model. Now, a few days later, the 5G version is listed under three different names by the same certification agency.

Based on the updated Bluetooth certification (via SamMobile) of the Galaxy A22 5G, the smartphone will be also releasing as Galaxy Buddy (SM-A226L), Galaxy Wide5 (SM-E426S), and Galaxy F42 5G (SM-E426B).  Going by the names, the first two models should be exclusive to a specific carrier or region.

In case you’re unaware, Samsung launched a similar device called Galaxy Jump in South Korea just last month. The phone is actually a rebranded Galaxy A32 5G with a red color. Thus, the Galaxy Buddy and Galaxy Wide5 might sport a unique paint job instead of the colors of the Galaxy A22 5G.

In contrast, the Galaxy F42 5G is expected to launch in markets such as India, and Flipkart is the exclusive seller of the Galaxy F series.

There is no information on the launch dates of these three smartphones. Regardless, we expect the announcement to come soon.
