Samsung has announced a new Galaxy M series smartphone in India. Dubbed as Galaxy M31, the phone comes with a price tag of Rs 16,499. As a part of the upcoming Great Indian Festival sale, Amazon Prime members will get early access to the smartphone on October 16. Amazon Prime members can also get Rs 1,000 Amazon Pay cashback on all prepaid payments and an additional 10% instant cashback on HDFC Bank credit and debit cards during the Great Indian Festival sale. The phone will also go on sale in India via Samsung online store and offline stores across the country.

The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime has a 6.4-inch Infinity U sAMOLED display. The device has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime is fueled by the Exynos 9611 processor. It comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The storage is further expandable up to 512GB. It houses a 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support through USB-C.

The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime is equipped with a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. It is also capable of recording 4k video and slow-mo selfies. On the rear, it possesses a triple camera system on its rear that comprises a 64-megapixel main camera, a 123-degree 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 5-megapixel depth lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
