Samsung will introduce the Galaxy M42 5G in India on April 28. As we inch closer to the launch, more details regarding the phone have been leaked. An earlier report revealed that the smartphone will be priced in India between Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000.

The launch event will take place at 12 PM on 28th April. Ahead of the launch, the Samsung Galaxy M42 5G Amazon availability has been confirmed. The e-commerce website has a dedicated microsite that is teasing the April 28 launch date announcement. 

The landing page on Amazon also teased some key features of the phone. It will be the first Galaxy M series phone to launch with 5G capabilities and to have the Samsung Pay feature. Enabled with Knox Security features, this phone will offer defense-grade security and protects consumers’ most sensitive information from malware and malicious threats.

Recently, the support page of the smartphone went live on the Samsung India website, and also the smartphone is certified by multiple certifications agencies such as NFC, Wi-Fi Alliance, and Bluetooth SIG. According to the previous leaks and rumors, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M42 5G will have a rear camera setup with a 64MP primary camera. The phone is expected to be powered by the 6,000mAh and is tipped to pack 128GB of internal storage.
