Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with 1 KG Gold Back Panel Launched

If you think that your Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is the premium phone, then probably you are wrong. The Russian company named Caviar has designed the ‘Fine Gold Edition’ of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phone. The Fine Gold edition of the phone has a 1kg of ‘Fine Gold 999.9’ on its back panel.

The Caviar stated that they used 1 kilogram of gold to create this ultra-premium version of a Galaxy Note 9 that is already considered quite expensive as compared to other devices in the market.

Funny thing is that besides 1 kilogram of gold in the phone, there is no difference in other specifications of the device. Still, this 1 KG gold variant has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with 1440 x 2960 pixels and a battery capacity of 4000 mAh. The device will run on Android 8.1 Oreo and features a 12MP dual rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera.

The Caviar’s gold edition of Galaxy Note 9 is priced at RUB3.87 million (Approximately Rs 40.6 lakh) for the 128GB variant and RUB 3.89 million (Approximately Rs 40.8 lakh) for the 256GB variant.

The official variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 flaunts a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity display with Quad HD+ resolution of 2960×1440 pixels and 516 PPI. For the protection, the device is covered by Corning Glass 5 on top. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 runs on octa-core Exynos 9810 processor and packs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box.

Coming to the variants of the device, it comes with 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage variant and another one with 8GB RAM coupled with 256GB onboard storage. Further, the phone is dust as well as water resistant.

Talking about the cameras of the Galaxy Note 9, the device sports a dual-camera setup at the back with a 12-megapixels wide-angle sensor with f/1.5 and f/2.4 dual aperture and a 12-megapixels secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera with a f/1.7 aperture for selfies and video calls.
