The Galaxy S22 series is expected to be announced by Samsung in February. According to reports, the lineup includes the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra. The S22 Plus was recently listed on Geekbench which revealed some of its key specifications.
Based on recent reports, it seems likely that Samsung’s Galaxy S22+ will be available with model number SM-S906U. According to Geekbench 5, the S22+ is equipped with Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship chip. It has four CPU cores working at 1.79GHz, three CPU cores clocking at 2.50GHz, and one CPU core ticking at 3.00GHz.
The Geekbench listing also indicates that it has 8 GB of RAM and runs Android 12 OS out of the box. It scored 1163 points in the single-core test and 2728 points in the multi-core test. The same phone has appeared on Geekbench with the upcoming Exynos 2200 chip, 8GB of RAM, and Android 12 operating system.
According to recent leaks, Samsung’s Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 898 processor in the US, Asia, and Africa. Samsung’s Galaxy S22 lineup will debut in other markets, including South Korea with the Exynos 2200 processor.
