As teased earlier, South Korean brand Samsung has finally launched its new tablet in India, dubbed as Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. The new tablet from Samsung comes with S Pen support and a 10.4-inch display. The company has launched the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in two variants: Wi-Fi and LTE and it comes in three color variants for buyers. The tab also has features such as dedicated Samsung Kids mode and a Bixby integration.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite price in India set to Rs. 27,999 for the Wi-Fi only variant, while the LTE model is priced at Rs. 31,999. As we mentioned earlier, it comes in three different colors: in Angora Blue, Chiffon Pink, and Oxford Gray. It will be available for pre-booking until June 16, with its sale scheduled from June 17. The Wi-Fi variant will be exclusive to Amazon and Samsung India e-Store while the LTE version will be available through select retail outlets, leading online portals, and Samsung India e-store.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite boasts a 10.4-inch (2000 × 1200 pixels) WUXGA TFT display. It is powered by a in-house Samsung Exynos 9611 processor clocked at 2.3GHz. Further, it is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. Users also have a microSD card slot for further expansion of storage up to 1TB.

On the rear, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a single 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus. It also has a 5-megapixel camera for selfie and video calls. It ships with Android 10-based One UI 2.0. The box also includes an S Pen that has a 0.7mm tip and weighs 7.03 grams. There is also a Dolby Atmos 3D surround sound experience that is paired with dual speakers powered by AKG. 

The tab is backed by a 7,040 mAh battery, which the company claims can offer up to 13-hours. Other features of the tab include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a gyroscope. The tablet measures 244.5 x 154.3 x 7mm and it weighs 467 grams.
