Samsung silently introduces Galaxy M51 with 7000mAh battery, Snapdragon 730G SoC

Samsung has come out with their latest offering, the Galaxy M51, which is their newest smartphone under the Galaxy M-series. The Samsung Galaxy M51 was announced today in the German market with the price tag 360 Euro (approx. Rs 31,400) for its sole 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It will be available in White and Black colour options.

Samsung Galaxy M51 comes equipped with a 6.67-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a 60Hz refresh rate, 386ppi pixel density, and a peak brightness of 420 nits.

Fuelled by the Snapdragon 730G processor, it is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage. The phone also has microSD card slot for additional storage.

In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy M51 has an L-shaped quad camera setup on the rear that comprises of a 64MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 5MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. Upfront, it features a 32MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture.

The dual SIM phone boots Android 10 OS out of the box with company’s OneUI skin. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. The key highlight of the Galaxy M51 is its whopping battery capacity. The handset packs massive 7000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.
