Tecno released three POP-series smartphones last month, including the POP 5, POP 5 Pro, and POP 5X. Now, a new POP-lineup phone has been officially announced in Mexico called POP 5S. Find out all about the specifications, features, and price of the POP 5S.

Currently, the Tecno POP 5S costs MXN 2,239 (approx. Rs MXN 2,239) in Mexico. Tecno POP 5S is available in two colors: purple and green. 

Tecno POP 5S Specifications

The Tecno POP 5S sports a 5.7-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels, an 84 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a teardrop notch. The handset also has a thick chin.

The device comes with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. There is no fingerprint scanner on the device, but there is a face unlock feature.

There is a 5-megapixel main camera on the back, which is paired with an AI lens and LED flash. As for the design, it features a dual-tone finish on the rear as well as a speaker grille.

The POP 5S is powered by a modest quad-core Unisoc SC98632E processor clocked at 1.4GHz. There is 2GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage available on the device. A 3,020mAh battery powers the device, which can be charged using the micro USB port. 

Other features of the phone include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n,  3.5mm audio jack and Bluetooth 4.2. The device measures 148 x 72.3 x 9.9mm and weighs 160 grams.
