Tecno‘s latest smartphone has been unveiled in the Philippines. Dubbed as Tecno Pova 3, it boasts a huge 7,000mAh battery, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 50MP triple rear camera setup. It is a successor to the Tecno Pova 2 which made its debut in India last year. Following its release in the Philippines, the Tecno Pova 3 will be released in other markets.

Tecno Pova 3 Price, Availability

The smartphone is available in three color variants: Electric Blue, Tech Silver, and Eco Black.  The base 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant is priced at PHP 8,999 (approx. Rs 13,350) while the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant is going for PHP 9,399 (approx. Rs 13,903).

Tecno Pova 3 Specifications

The device gets a 6.9-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz display. In terms of a processor, it uses MediaTek’s Helio G88 chipset with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB. The Tecno Pova 3 includes a microSD card slot for expanding its storage. 

The Tecno Pova 3 packs a 50MP main camera, and two 2MP auxiliary sensors. Upfront, there is an 8MP front camera. 

The handset gets a 7,000 mAh battery with a 33W charger shipped with it. It also has a reverse charge function so you can charge other devices at up to 10W speeds.

Software-wise, it ships with Android 11-based HiOS. It also features stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a headphone jack, and an FM radio receiver.
