Recently, Tecno unveiled the Pova 3 in India with a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC and 7,000mAh battery. Now, the company is preparing to introduce a budget smartphone called Tecno Spark 8P.
The company made the announcement via its social media accounts that confirmed some specifications and the device’s design. Since the teaser was released today, it may launch in India this month.
According to the series of tweets posted by the official account, the phone will have 7GB of virtual RAM technology that will use internal storage as RAM. It is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and 5000mAh battery with an 18W Flash charger.
The teasers also confirm that the device will feature a 50MP triple rear camera setup and will come in a blue colour variant.
Tecno Spark 8P Specifications (Leaked)
The Tecno Spark 8P is said to feature a 6.6-inch display with Full-HD+ resolution. On the front, a waterdrop notch will house the selfie camera. Based on the teaser, the device may have a glossy camera island on top, along with a plastic back with a dual-patterned design.
It is confirmed that the main sensor is 50MP, but there are no details on the other two lenses. It may be a pair of 2MP sensors of depth and macro. The front of the phone could include an 8MP camera.
The device will pack the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. The handset will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The device might be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, however, no information about charging is available. Tecno Spark 8P is reported to come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a DTS stereo speaker setup.
