Tecno Spark 8T will launch in India on December 15. Tecno’s upcoming handset has been spotted on Amazon’s product page, showing off its design, as well as its specifications. It will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC. Other features of the phone will include a 50-megapixel dual rear camera, a 6.6-inch full-HD+ display, and a 5,000mAh battery.

The Amazon landing page for the Tecno Spark 8T indicates that it will be open for pre-orders at 12 pm IST on December 15. The company is yet to reveal the Indian price of the smartphone. On the Amazon micro-site, it’s also confirmed that the Spark 8T will be offered in Turquoise Cyan, Atlantic Blue, Cocoa Gold, and iris Purple colours.

Tecno Spark 8T Design

In terms of design, the Tecno Spark 8T will come with a bezel-less display and a  thick chin. The front of the device will feature a waterdrop notch that houses a selfie shooter. The device will have a dual-rear camera setup, an LED flash, and a fingerprint scanner inside a rectangular module. ‘STOP AT NOTHING’ text is also visible in huge size on the rear panel. 

Tecno Spark 8T Specifications

The smartphone will sport a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 1080 x 2408 pixels, and 401 PPI pixel density. It is a 20:9 aspect ratio panel with 500nits of brightness. The phone will use an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Spark 8T will have a 5,000mAh battery and DTS sound.

As for the cameras, the Spark 8T will be equipped with a dual-rear camera setup featuring a 50MP primary shooter, an AI lens, and a LED flash. The rear camera features will also include a video bokeh support, 1080p time-lapse photography on the product’s landing page. At the front, there’s an 8MP camera with a dual flash.
