In the event, Xiaomi president Lin discussed some details about the Redmi 7 camera.T o one of the comments on his Weibo official channel he relied stating that Redmi is on works on its upcoming flagship that boast a Snapdragon 855. According to the report in courtesy of  Gizchina speculates that the flagship device with the Snapdragon 855 will be priced around CNY 2,500 (roughly Rs. 26,000). And also the upcoming Redmi Note 7 Pro is in the works with a 48-megapixel Sony Sony IMX586 sensor. To recall, Xiaomi made Redmi as its sub-brand and also stated that the primary focus on separating the brand into Redmi and Mi is RedMi brand will take care of the more smartphones in the affordable category, while the Mi brand will focus heavily on premium to high-end smartphones moving forward.

Meanwhile, The Redmi 7 smartphone was announced on Thursday that is going live on sale from January 15 in China. The key selling points of the smartphone are to sport a large 6.3-inch display, a Snapdragon 660 processor, a 48-megapixel sensor, and a 4,000mAh battery.
