Vivo X60 series purportedly appears on China’s 3C certification website; launch imminent

Vivo unveiled the X50 series in home-country China back in June with 33W Flash Charging support. Now, the company is gearing up to launch the Vivo X60 series with the same charging tech. Vivo X60 Leak

The details regarding the Vivo X60 series have been leaked. Popular tipster, Digital Chat Station has leaked the information via his Weibo handle and has said that the new Vivo X60 series will arrive with three smartphones: Vivo X60, X60 Pro, X60 Pro+. The Vivo X60 series smartphones have now passed through China’s 3C certification website, hinting at an impending launch. While this listing does not reveal any specifications, it does hint that the smartphone is indeed in the works and expected to launch soon.

These three smartphones are spotted on China’s 3C certification authority website with model numbers V2059A, V2047A, V2046A and they will support 5G connectivity. Also, all of them together support charging up to 33W(11V dc at 3A Max).

There is no confirmation on whether the models spotted on 3C indeed belong to the X60 series. They are likely to be fuelled by Samsung’s recently announced Exynos 1080 SoC.

In terms of design, the forthcoming Vivo X60 series smartphones will be a bit different from the X50 series. According to the recent leak, the devices will reportedly feature a center-aligned punch hole. The Vivo X60 is said to retain the rectangular camera layout on the rear similar to the predecessor Vivo X50. Furthermore, the Pro variant is also tipped to boast a curved display.
