The Vivo Y30G has just been launched in China. It is the company’s latest mid-range smartphone from the Y series in the home country, which packs a MediaTek Helio P65 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and dual rear cameras.Vivo Y30g Announced

The device is available in three color variants, namely Obsidian Black, Dawn White, and Aqua Blue, and can be purchased for a price of 1,499 Yuan (approximately Rs. 16,600). It comes in a single 8GB/128GB model.

Vivo Y30G has a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a dewdrop notch at the top and 720 x 1600 pixels resolution, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Under the hood, the phone features the MediaTek Helio P65 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage is further expandable to up to 1TB via a microSD card. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports up to 18W fast charging. 

The Vivo Y30G has a front camera of 8-megapixel with an f/1.8 and its dual-camera module on the back has a 13-megapixel primary shooter with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 lens.

Additional features include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, micro USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack and runs on the Android 11 operating system based OriginOS 1.0 custom skin. The smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports face unlock as well. It measures 164.41×76.32×8.41mm and weighs 191.4 grams.
