Vivo unveiled a new smartphone in European market called Vivo Y52 5G. The latest Vivo smartphone shares its design and some specifications with the Vivo Y72 5G that was announced in Thailand earlier this year.

Unfortunately, the compnay is yet to reveal the pricing and availability detials of the phone. The phone launched in sole 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. It will be available in Graphite Black and Dream Glow colour options.

Vivo Y52 5G fitted with a 6.58-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display that offers 1080 X 2408 pixel resolution, an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.6 percent. Under the hood, there is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB of native storage that is expandable via microSD card.

The rear side of the phone is a place for triple camera setup with a combination of a 48-megapixel, a 2-megapixel macro shooter and a 2-megapixel bokeh lens. There is a 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Software-wise, it boots Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 skin. The handset gets juice from a 5000mAh battery that support an 18W fast charging. The phone features a side-facing fingerprint reader, and supports Face Unlock as well.

Connectivity options include is 5G, dual-SIM 4G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.1, Type-C port, GPS + GLONASS and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
