Finally, the RealMe 2 Pro has arrived at the smartphone market with an exciting price tag. The phone will have a dewdrop notch design and a full-screen display. As previously leaked, the RealMe 2 Pro comes with a waterdrop notch design similar to Oppo F9 Pro and Vivo V11 Pro. The RealMe 2 Pro quite certainly going to face stiff competition from the other mid-range phones such as the Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 and also with the upcoming Redmi Note 6 Pro.

Realme 2 Pro features a 6.3-inch FHD Full-Screen display and it is the first phone with the Dewdrop display. The RealMe 2 Pro will be available in three color variants: Ice Lake, Black Sea, and Blue Ocean. The device packs a 3500 mAh battery and runs ColorOS 5.1 OS based on the  Android 8.1 Oreo.

Talking about the camera, Realme 2 Pro holds 16MP AI Sony IMX398 camera lens with 6P lens and dual pixel fast focusing. This comes with five portrait modes, and also provides better performance across all lighting modes. In addition, Realme 2 Pro’s rear camera is also capable of AI scene recognition. The camera specifications include a f/1.7 aperture, 1/2.8-inch Sony IMX398 sensor, and a 1.12-micron pixel size. Up front, there is a 16MP camera that is powered by AI selfie.

RealMe also partnered with the popular Gaming company Gameloft and the country manager of Gameloft, Nitin Goel expressed the game performance on RealMe 2 Pro. According to him, the RealMe 2 Pro is the best mid-range phone to play the Asphalt as the device acquires a Snapdragon 660 processor. Further, he has also announced the RealMe five- day Gaming Championship based on Asphalt 8 begins from October 1, and gamers will get a chance to win Realme 2 Pro.

Surprisingly, the company also announced a new budget smartphone named Realme C1 at the launch event. The Realme C1 is priced at 2GB RAM and 16GB storage starting at Rs. 6,999, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, dual cameras with the 13-megapixel rear sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 4,230mAh battery.

RealMe 2 Pro Price & Availability

Coming to the price of the RealMe 2 Pro, the 4GB RAM + 64GB of storage variant is priced at Rs. 13,990, 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced Rs. 15,990, whereas the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 17,990. The RealMe 2 goes on sale on October 11 through the Flipkart.
