The Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G has been launched globally. This is the fourth smartphone of the Xiaomi 12 series, joining the Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro, and 12X. We expect the Xiaomi 12 Lite to launch later this year in India. As of yet, no announcement has been made regarding the device’s launch in India.

Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G sports a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that offers 1080 X 2400 pixel resolution, a peak brightness of 950 nits, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also supports Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and HDR10+ support.
The Xiaomi 12 Lite is powered by a Snapdragon 778G SoC. A 4300 mAh battery powers the device with 67W fast charging support. The phone is said to be fully charged in 41 minutes according to Xiaomi. The phone runs Android 12 out of the box and MIUI 13 on top.
On the back, there is a triple-camera setup with a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor with an f/1.9 aperture. The device also features an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro camera. A 32MP front camera is hidden inside the hole-punch cutout for selfies.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, NFC, dual 5G, Dual-SIM, and a USB Type-C port. It has a glass back and weighs about 173 grams. It measures 159.30mm x 73.70mm x 7.29mm.
