Xiaomi, a Chinese mobile maker just about two months after unveiling Mi Pad 4 it came up with its upgraded version where the company today introduced its plus version with a moniker Mi pad 4 plus.T he new tablet offers a bigger screen which is 10.1-inch and with a huge 8,620mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor situated on the front that is not seen in Mi Pad 4.
However, rest of the specifications are identical to its predecessor inside it have same snapdragon 660 Soc and camera features remains the same. At the end of the line, we can say that Mi Pad 4 plus is an enlarged version of Mi Pad 4.
Specifications and features
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 chipset, 4GB of RAM, either 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage which can be expanded through a MicroSD card slot, and the Adreno 512 GPU.
The tab sports a larger display screen of 10.1-inch with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 plus runs on MIUI 10 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box.It packs an 8,620mAh battery under the hood.
For shutterbugs, the Mi Pad 4 Plus bears a 13-megapixel rear camera OV13855 sensor with f/2.0 aperture. For selfies, the tablet gets a 5-megapixel selfie camera with the same f/2.0 aperture.
The tablet is compatible with 4G as well, Bluetooth 5.0, and features a USB Type-C port. It weighs nearly half a kilo. There’s also a software-based face unlock feature.
Pricing
The tablet comes with two colour options namely Black, and Gold.The base model priced at 1899 yuan (~$275 / Rs. 19,280) for the 64GB variant .and the higher variant comes at 2099 yuan ($304 / Rs. 21,310) for 128GB. The sale commences on August 16th on the company’s own site,Mi.com.For now there is limited stock of Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus and there is now world regarding the global launch.
