Micromax sub-brand YU’s comeback smartphone YU ACE is all set to launch on August 30th. Prior to this launch, the company shared a teaser hinting that the YU ACE will have a long-lasting battery.
Despite the fact that we have been running over mysteries in regards to the upcoming YU phone, the specifications and features of the upcoming phone were not known. The main thing that we knew is that the device will have a big battery.
The image shared by AndroidPure is alleged that the upcoming YU Ace will have a “Full view” or “Full-screen” display with the negligible bezels at the sides hinting at an aspect ratio of 18:9. Surprisingly, there is no notch in the leaked image of the device, though the smartphone does seem to have thick bezels both on the top as well as the bottom.
Like previous YU smartphones, the upcoming YU ACE also will be the online exclusive. Still, there is no clue about whether the phone is Entry-level device or Mid-range device. As there is no clue about the hardware specifications of YU ACE, the hinted long-lasting battery might make it compete against the likes of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 with a 5000mAh battery, the newly launched Realme 2, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and others smartphones in the category.
According to the invite tweet “#YUFaceOff has arrived, Join us for the reveal of the Game Changer”, we have to wait for the event that will be taking place at the Micromax, Gurgaon office on 30 August at 1 PM.
